I’m Duncan, For 20 years I’ve coached leaders to master the mind and body.

I've lead by example, achieving a world record, running and selling multiple businesses and retiring (briefly) to a beach in the Mediterranean.

I’ve studied the mind and body in great detail with everything from yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork, along with nutrition, personal training, massage therapy, life coaching, REBT and NLP.

My goal is to help you perform at your best, creating a life of balance and sustained success.
