Duncan Starr-Boltt Community/Impossible goals workshop

You are invited to the Impossible goals workshop

In the workshop you will:

  • Set your impossible goal

  • Understand what you are really capable of.

  • What you need to stop doing?

  • What you need to start doing?

  • Who you need to be to achieve your impossible?

Setting an impossible goal is a very powerful process.

An impossible goal is about aiming really high for what you're really capable of.

You should aim so high that it is impossible to achieve if you carry on doing what you are currently doing. This means it forces you to really step up what you do and how you do it.

Most people don’t set goals, but even those who do, do not aim high enough. This is because of a combination of fear of failure and a need to be realistic and rational. But it really holds us back.

Goals are not a real thing

They are a tool of our imagination that allows us to progress and develop. So we must not limit our imagination with fear.

Normal goal setting is realistic, achievable and based on improving or optimising what we are currently doing. So, while it does really help us progress, it does not require us to transform and become the best version of ourselves.

For most people, the habits and systems that have got us to where we are are now holding us back from getting to the next level.

Setting an impossible goal is so powerful because it forces us to rewrite how we do everything.

"I Honestly found the impossible goals workshop game changing.

My whole philosophy was to cover a lot of ground and so focusing on 'you just need to work harder'.

Since the workshop it has made me consciously aware about the work I am doing and whether it is in the 20% (High return) or in the 80% (high work low return).

I had heard about the rule before but was not to sure how to apply it. Maybe because didn't fully understand its effects and its significance.

I used to have a lot resistance taking calls or meetings but now they are so much easier as that is the 20% for me.

Thank you Duncan!"

"Duncan's workshop was fabulous in helping me to map out my goals. It really had me thinking outside the box and think BIG! I left feeling fired up, and like the world was my oyster!! I have a clear set of goals - and the steps that I need to take to get there. Thank you Duncan, it was awesome."

"Duncan guides you to the point where you've achieved everything you ever imagined and then asks:

"What's possible after this?"

In 5 years, I had achieved everything I set out to. And then I saw something I never expected.

I saw myself as an investor.

Being a founder and a QA specialist , this word was not even in my dictionary.

Duncan's work goes far beyond vision boards or goal lists. He creates the conditions for your own mind to reveal what it already knows and things you've been too busy or too cautious to look at directly.

I left with more than clarity. I left with a version of myself I'm now actively building towards.

If you're a founder, a leader, or someone who knows they're capable of more but can't quite see the shape of it yet then I can't recommend this enough.

Thank you, Duncan."

Who is

Duncan Starr-Boltt

I have set big goals my whole life, achieving a world record, running and selling multiple businesses. I now live in my dream house in Crete and Cambridge in the summer.

Goals are so important, we would not get in a car and drive without a destination. Yet very few people have a clear plan for what they really want in all areas of their life.

Our dreams are often much easier to achieve than we think.
